KindNotes Contest

By Heather Ledeboer | Category: Hot New Finds | Posted Wednesday, April 29, 2009

Last week I came across a unique company called KindNotes that sells jars of messages in mini envelopes for the recipient to open each day.  They have ready-made designs or customized options.  They asked me for ideas for messages to put in a jar themed for giving to your children and I suggested that they do a contest to get some great ideas submitted.  They liked the idea and have posted their contest on their blog.  I know you like to share your thoughts and ideas so I thought you also might like entering this contest with a chance to win 2 dozen assorted miniature envelopes/blank papers to slip into your children's lunch boxes or even in your husband's wallet for a surprise:)!

The Pee-pee Teepee™ by Beba Bean

By Heather Ledeboer | Category: New Products | Posted Tuesday, April 28, 2009
Changing a baby girl is not all glitz and glory;
Changing a baby boy is
another horror story!
you hold his feet with one hand
and the diaper with
the other;
The whole time praying,
'Please don't pee on your mother!'

As a mom of four boys, I have been sprayed during a diaper change more times than I care to try to count. As time went on, I began to perfect the juggling act of getting the new diaper in place before the old one was removed. I still can't tell you how many diapers were ruined before they were actually fastened or how many clothes got soaked before we were even fully dressed. That might be why I was the Mom 4 Life team member that was most excited about this innovative, cute and somewhat "silly" new product!

Recently seen on a episode of "Brothers and Sisters," The Pee-pee Teepee is a great way to welcome a little boy to anyone's family. Reasonably priced at $11.40 for a pack of 5, it is sure to be a great baby shower conversation piece and the gift no one else thought of!
