Weekly Giveaway – The Nursing T Shirt Tess Bra by Nummies

By Heather Ledeboer | Category: Mom 4 Life News & Giveaways

Happy Friday.  So for the first time in weeks I totally forgot to post our winner first thing in the morning, so sorry about that.  Things are good here.  We are still enjoying our snow and our Christmas decorations.  I had my dr. appt for the month yesterday and all looks good.  For all my extra eating I expected to have gained more than I did actually so that was a nice surprise.  We have an ultrasound next week on Tuesday at the Open Arms Pregnancy Care Center in town.  They were nice enough to offer to let us come in for fun to do one.  As I mentioned before, we don’t plan to find out the sex of the baby which is kind of hard for two planners such as my husband and myself but I think it will be fun to wait and be surprised especially since we already have a boy and a girl.  Something fun I discovered lately is that Hunter (my son) is a tea drinker!  He has been enjoying a daily cup of herbal tea with me and it is pretty cute to see him have fun picking out his flavor each day.

Ok so on to the giveaway news. . . our winner for the LilyPod this week was #3 as chosen by Random.Org.  This was Bree, congratulations!!  We will have the LilyPod on sale for 10% off for the next week for the rest of you.  Thank you for all your feedback last week, I am still sorting through it all:)!

Tessfrontviewicon_2 This week we are giving away a great bra for the holidays.  The Nursing T Shirt Tess Bra by Nummies.  The wonderful thing about this bra is that it has molded cups that hide your nursing pads and it can’t be seen under your white shirts.  I have found that it is hard to find nursing bras with molded cups!

Another thing that I think is totally cool is that the straps are versatile and can be adjusted to be crossed in the back if needed!  So no matter what fun outfit you plan to wear for the holidays, this bra has you covered!  The retail price is $49.99.  You can win yours here by simply leaving a comment below letting us know which item in our New Items category you like best:)!  You have until Dec 4 at midnight PST to enter, good luck.

  1. I LOVE the Ubi Changing Table. I just bought it here. Before the table came my 22 month old was running from me at diaper time. Now she places her diaper on the sticky tabs and gets up on the table. It is nice for playgroup so people don’t have to change the kids where the pets walk. I will really love it for my newborn too! The fabric is beautiful and it is so well made. It is very roomy for bigger kids but very sturdy for the tiny ones.

  4. I LOVE by Baby K’Tan carrier! It is much quicker when I am out and about to wear my 6 mth old son in this carrier while shopping and nursing than my other wraps and slings. It is a great hybrid of my mei tai and moby wrap! I wish I would have had it when our son was born. He was a 33 week preemie and being carried was one of his favorite things. Thanks for offering this great product!

  32. Too much to choose from, but I’d have to say my newest fav. is the Downtime Sleepy Hat. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve just gotten a kiddo to sleep, turned the light on or off (doesn’t matter with my kids — any change sets them off) had them wake up and have to start the putting to sleep process all over again. And it’s so precious too. I wonder if my kids would leave it on?
And I thought I’d just add that Friday is my birthday, so maybe with a lil b-day magic, I just might win this one. I have been looking for an affordable molded cup nursing bra, and hey, what’s more affordable than free??!!?? Thanks mom4life for another great giveaway!

  76. Ok, hands down I’m *totally* in love with the Bravado Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra and I don’t even own it! I have 2 children who are 14 months apart, a 2 year old son & a 1 year old daughter. I have been nursing since my son was born, and tandem nursing since my daughter was born. My daughter was born at 32 weeks after a car accident, and I even pumped milk and nursed her every day of the first month of her life that she spent in the NICU. I went on to nurse her exclusively for the first year of her life, and continue to nurse both of my children to this day.
The only 2 nursing bras I have are cheap Target ones that I bought after my son was born and I swelled to a 38C from a 34B. Well, I’ve been back to a 34B for a LONG time now, and I’m so ashamed to say this, but I still wear those 38C nursing bras! They are totally stretched out and pretty awful now after being worn day and night for over 2 1/2 years.
Ironically, I’ve been eyeing the Bravado Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra for the last few Great Cloth Diaper Hunts, but somehow it always passes and I convince myself (stupidly enough) that nursing bras like this are too expensive and I shouldn’t buy one because I don’t *need* it and should be buying stuff that kids need instead. I also feel like I should be saving money because my husband has to work 2 jobs 7 days a week just to make ends meet so I can stay home and raise the kids.
Then again, I have been wearing a nursing bra for over 2 1/2 years and have worn a ‘regular’ bra maybe 1 or 2 of those days, and not even for the whole day! I am craving a bra that fits, feels normal, and makes me feel good about myself again. I still nurse several times during the day and night. I need a nursing bra that will hold up well through tandem nursing, and for when I have more children in the future, God willing.
I just want to say too that I found your site through the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt. Thank you for what you do for moms everywhere. God bless you!
